All our staff are trained to meet your individual needs and care. They have the ongoing support of the clinical team,
this support includes one to one training and the regular recording and reviewing of your care needs.
Nephrostomy Care
We recognize that caring for a nephrostomy can be a challenge, due to the nature of the nephrostomy it can potentially prove
embarrassing if you have a family member or friend helping you with this.
The position of the nephrostomy can at times mean that
self-maintenance can be difficult.
Here at Home Health Solutions Group we have caring, competent
staff that will help you maintain a good quality of life by assisting and
helping you with your nephrostomy.
Our staff will be trained with your needs in mind, under the care of one of our clinical nurse
specialists. The appointed clinical nurse will also be involved with your care on an ongoing

Bowel Management Care
Our bowel management care covers all aspects of regular toileting regime starting with medication regime management,
through to the use of specialist interventions including stoma, ileostomy and colostomy care where surgical intervention
had taken place. We can support with digital stimulation or manual evacuation.

training and experience in delivering stoma care and have provided support for customers with a colostomy, stoma or ileostomy
