Private Pay
Pay directly for care with a simple weekly or monthly invoice, no long-term contract required.
Major Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all services.
Long Term Care Insurance
We bill your Long Term Care policy directly once benefits and limitations are verified.
Managed Care / Medicaid / HMO
We are contracted with most Managed Care, Long Term Care (Medicaid) and HMO plans in Florida.
Check or ACH
Traditional check or bank transfer works too — the office will set it up with you.
Workers’ Compensation
Care arranged through a workers’ compensation claim is billed to the carrier.
